A new face lift for NimdX

Happy Friday!

It's a great feeling when you get your new website indexed by the search engines. 

Still, a new website is like a new child; it needs constant nurturing and developing. And as we plan that NimdX will be serving YOU guys for a lot time to come, the site will go through changes now and again.

All of this is a prelude to say that we decided to change the interface and give NimdX a new "face lift."

The change in interface also allowed us to add some new features to the site, publishing with regard to you involvement with NimdX. Now it will be much easier to submit and view articles and links. This is really imprtant for us because we want NimdX to become an interactive community, where internet and network marketers can not only find tools but also communicate with other about those tools or other business issues of interest to them.

That's about it for now.

Hi, Great to Meet You!

Hi, Barbara here from Nimdx Admin and this is actually my first post to this Blog.

Aside from my responsibilities here at Nimdx, I'm also a Mum and Grandmum. Sometimes it's gets a bit tricky juggling all those roles together.

For instance, this is my work plan for today:

1) Check out links that are should be added to Nimdx .
2) Describe them so our visitors will have a basic understanding on what is being written.

I’m relaxed, I have a plan, I sit at the computer to start. I am in the middle of a difficult description. Will my customers understand what I am saying? I feel like it’s taking FOREVER to put this information together. AND don’t forget, it’s school holidays. The kids can’t quite understand the seriousness of their mum working on the computer; their needs are much greater and need to be attended to yesterday (the youngest is 16)!!

I sit down AGAIN and feel total chaos!!! OK: Take a deep breath. Now, start again. Check out new links, get past the hype and understand how this particular system or information can help people in their online business.

Next and of equal importance: The site needs to be known, people need to see it. TONS of people. I need to submit it to directories, use social sites like Facebook, Twitter, My Space etc, etc.

And while the muse is upon me to write, I get a phone call. “Mum, how do I make chicken soup?” For one second I have FORGOTTEN how to make chicken soup (and I’ve only been making it once a week for almost 30 years) so involved was I with Nimdx. How do I get my business mind back after I’ve goo goo gah gahed with my grandson?

Focus – using my mind over my emotions I refocus on why I am doing this. Not just for myself but for my family as well. Refocus on my passion to succeed in this particular specialty on the net. Manage my time. Start again. Yes, this will work because I am focussing and working. Yes, the search engines will soon be ranking Nimdx at the top of page 1, but it will not happen overnight. Most importantly, I have not lost sight of my goal. I see it beckoning to me.

Dear Friend, I believe you can also reach out and learn what is important to you and stick with it, despite (or because of) all the frustrations and setbacks that occur. Let’s just move forward....and we’ll meet at the top!!

NimdX Launches !!

Well, it took over 6 months, a lot of work, teaming up with great people and learning a lot more about both myself and internet marketing.

And now it's actually happened - NimdX has been launched.

When you visit About US in Nimdx you'll be able to read more about why we created Nimdx and how we intend to develop it.

Nimdx is not only a comprehensive web directory of links and information to everything about internet marketing, mlm, making money online and personal development. It's much more. It's a door opener to the ever growing world of online marketing. Nimdx is going to help experienced marketers expand their business, but just as important, it's going to help new people get a start in this great industry.

We really want Nimdx to be user friendly and useful for people. In today's economic climate, it's important to develop income streams that are not sensitive to the whims of real estate or the stock exchange. If fact the weird part is that as economic conditions over the past year or so have become more difficult, the internet and network marketing industries have just grown stronger.
